Rugby LA brings no-cost, play-based flag rugby to after-school programs across Los Angeles County —
building confidence, fitness, and community, where having fun is more important than the final score.
In just five years, we’ve introduced this sport we love to over 10,000 L.A. youth.
We want to double that by the LA28 Olympics.

Kids who have opportunity to participate in team sports have a demonstrated increase in healthy relationships and personal confidence, and a reduction in obesity and social isolation.
